Sewing Machine Repairs
We offer service on most makes and models of household sewing machines and sergers.
The majority of full service tune-ups will be completed in a week or less.
Regretfully, we no longer service industrial machines.
Service Rates

Pre-approve an estimate before you leave
*90 day warranty, on the service performed,
ONLY when the sewing machine has a tune-up and does not have a bind (*excludes sergers).
Service Rates
TUNE-UP: Includes disassemble of machine to the point to affect a good cleaning,lubrication, test and basic adjustments. Parts are extra if needed.**
A. Most mechanical machines $89.95+
B. Computer machines with less than 8.5” to the right of the needle $99.95+
C. Most sergers $109.95+
D. Extended bed machines (computer and mechanical) $109.95 +
(Extended bed has 8.5" or more to the right of the needle)
OTHER
E. “Tune-up Plus” is the service needed for those machines that require excessive work such as rust removal and deep cleaning. Tune-up + $79.00 per hour for additional time. The service minimum is $158.95
F. Service of an Automatic cutter is charged separately at a rate of $39.50.
G.**Parts Replacement, Major Mechanical Repairs, and Electrical System repairs are charged at an additional hourly rate at $79.00 per hour
H. Electronic Diagnostic: is charged at the rate of $79.00 per hour. At the end of the diagnostic an estimate will be provided. The diagnostic fee can be applied to the final repair charges if the estimate was approved within 10 days of completion of the estimate.
I. Embroidery Module Tune up is available when the machine and module are in for service together
